KING'S RANCH
80 acres for $40k is a pretty good deal. No power, but it does come with water rights to a natural spring. It would put you pretty close to Great Falls too! Not bad except that it would cost a ton of money to build a house! Not to mention the red tape that governmental agencies would put you through in the process!

No kidding about the red tape. If it were possible to build a decent house for anything less than a fortune, that would be a great place to buy, but it ain't possible, so there's no point!

The previous video for this property was apparently replaced by this one! Not sure why.

This realty service seems to take down and repost videos every week or so for some reason. So, here's a repost of the first video that started this thread. BTW, IMHO, $44k is a little high for this house. I'd say $32k would be about right. It's a nice house, but it's all about location, location, location!!!
Most of the listings are from Ridgecrest, but here's the YouTube channel:

This real estate company is about the most unreliable company I've ever seen. They keep taking down and reposting videos. Don't know what their issue is. I don't see any difference in the videos. I guess someone is pretending to be working or something!
