Are you sure that's not a misprint? Wasn't it $49,000 a week or two ago? That's got to be a mistake!

I have a home on Aster Street that I would sell for 30K. It's pretty nice. Contact me if you are looking for a home and I will show it to you.

64 million apartments available :bomb:

I knew there is a bubble in China's housing market but, I seemed to have missed the report. all the years construction materials have been inflated due to the building in china and the places are empty. WTF and what happens when it pops!!??

Is there a housing bubble in California?
Not sure why Trona didn't get mentioned in this news clip! :dizzy:

re: HOUSING BUBBLE, It must have been an oversight of some kind. Everyone knows that Trona is the most important housing market in the entire state! Heck, people from all of the country just wish they could move in ASAP. All the cities mentioned in the newsclip you posted are small potatoes compared to Trona! Not even sure why they bother doing a news report on those other cities in the first place!

A couple of days after I posted that I had a house for sale above with the address somebody went underneath it and cut out all of the brass pipes and sold them to a local recycler. That is why I took the address out of the post. We are pretty sure we know who it was. I heard that the same person was bragging about doing the same thing to one of the churches.
