Some of the discussion regarding the George Will editorial is pretty interesting. Here are a few tidbits to whet your appetites:
Yeah, women, and anyone, can and do LIE about rape and sexual assault. They do so for the purposes of revenge, to escape responsibility, to deflect blame, and for a host of other reasons as unique as the individual. Most people, and most media feed this narrative and reflexively believe that no woman would ever lie about assault, rape, or being a victim. And because of this some very evil women exploit both other innocent victims and the system. Women are just people. And some people are evil pieces of shit. Very few men rape and assault women. And very few women lie about being victims. But both are very seriously fucked up and evil minorities that have both the will and the ability to ruin innocent people's lives, and both should be given the attention they deserve, and punished severely and equally.
First of all, it has been shown that up to 40% of sexual assault allegations are false. Secondly, most "sexual assault" cases on college campuses are nothing even close to rape. Most are just cases where a male used "inappropriate" language about which a female complained. Third, false accusers should face the same penalty that those they accuse face. Fourth, accusers should not have their identity hidden. Anyone making an accusation should be held completely accountable for the accusation. I could go on, but instead let's look at some more comments!
--------
STUPID FOOL: Rape really is an epidemic and institutions need to take measures against rape.
INFORMED COMMENTER: "Rape" is now a billion dollar industry that is corrupt. Don't believe the feminist lies about sexual abuse/rape.
Typical of those who are invested (either emotionally or financially in the sexual grievance industry) they make up fake facts and statistics to promote their cause.

Up to 40% of accusations are false. Google it. Pray that the next girl you break up with doesn't play that card.
At least some people are aware of this reality.
How about we talk about the possible reasons as to why College Campus rates are unusually high compared to any other place. Why some Campus will have very low rates (1%) and others will be alarmingly high (25%).
This is easy. The difference has to do with the DEFINITION OF RAPE. On some campuses rape is rape and on other campuses it's anything that an unstable female might find even slightly alarming. Or in other words:
I come from a liberal arts campus. Basically anything can be considered a "micro-aggression".

The video sucks, but here's where the comments came from:
