Woman Tearfully Claims Trump Touched Her Breast At 1988 U.S. Open
This lady isn't very convincing. She comes across as a wannabe actress who over-estimates her abilities. Her fake sobs just don't seem authentic and her story is extremely weak. Who know what her motives are, but it seems like she just wants some free publicity and possibly to reduce Trump's chances of winning the election. Another opportunist jumping on the Trash Trump Train. Isn't it funny how these false accusers always wind up getting Gloria Allred to represent them? You'd think that Allred would lose credibility with the way she panders to false accusers so willingly, but apparently the sexual grievance industry pays off quite well.

USA: 'I am a victim' - Trump denies further sexual assault accusations
Trump may possibly become the leader of a movement to go after false accusers and ensure that justice is provided for victims of false accusations. At this time false accusers are given a slap on the wrist since law enforcement likes the business they create. You know, it's a job security kind of thing.

Should schools and media protect false accusers?
False accusations should be taken much more seriously, but this case underscores how false accusers get away with their crimes and how those falsely accused still wind up being punished for something that never happened in the first place! How insane is that?

Rolling Stone Reporter Found Liable In UVA Defamation Trial
Proving malice is a high bar, but apparently that bar was met in this case, at least from the perspective of the jury in this case.

I know the word malice is used legally wise. It was lying, stealing (profits from interviews) ruined some men’s hopes and careers. The woman that made the false claim should be named, she is evil. Maybe Rolling Stone made everything up. If there is a fake victim she must be a politician in training.

Gloria Allred? How is she adjusting to the Trump victory? I'd imagine she thought his campaign was over when her clients were making all those false accusations of sexual misbehavior against Trump. No doubt that she smuggly believed that she had sealed a win for Hillary. Reality hit and it hit hard Tuesday night. People don't fall for every false allegation some opportunistic tramp makes in an effort to gain money, fame, revenge, or whatever else opportunistic tramps may hope to gain by making false accusations!

Hysterical Donald Trump Accuser Summer Zervos asks Trump not to Sue (11-11-16)
Looks like Gloria Allred realizes that her cases are extremely weak. Looks like the fact that the public was not impressed by the false allegations and that they elected him president anyways has taken quite a bit of the wind out of her sails. She's looking for a way to save face, but she'd probably be better off just staying under the radar for awhile. Hopefully she also loses all her cases against Cosby. That might shut her up for awhile and discourage people from making false allegations in general.

Man accused of rape is suing his accuser
It's important that guys who are falsely accused stand up for their rights. It's because guys usually don't push back that guys get treated in an unfair manner. The guy's only asking for $75k. I'd give him a million and arrest the bitch who accused him of rape and throw her in prison for as long as he would have gotten had he been found guilty. His case, BTW, was dropped due to lack of evidence, but that didn't stop the gender-biased university from expelling him.

'Rape culture' on campuses overblown?
Failure to acknowledge the high rate of false accusations has resulted in a denial of due process. Feminist ideologues are in part to blame, but the Obama enabled them with impunity.

desertrat: Sorry for the late reply, but it's important that false accusers be punished one way or the other. Either they should serve time in prison or they should be sued for all they're worth. Our legal system is way too easy on false accusers. Some even go so far as to say that our legal system actually encourages false accusations and that assertion is hard to refute.
