AMAZING Facial Recognition Breakthrough Announced
Facial RECOGNITION has nothing to do with it. This is what you call facial MANIPULATION! The implications are potentially humorous, absurd, and at the same time scary!

Panama Papers: Looks like they threw David Cameron under the bus too, which is surprising since he's always kissed the asses of our leaders here in the USA. Surprising, but it looks like they considered him fully expendable.

Panama Papers: The odd thing was how hard the press pushed the anti-Putin aspect of the Panama Papers despite the fact that he's not even named in the papers at all. The link to friends is weak at best and when you put it in the context of sanctions imposed by the USA against Russia it becomes almost understandable. Friends of Putin were blackballed by the USA and so in order for them to be able to use their money, they hid it in accounts which hid their names from the public. That's a perfectly understandable way to attempt to work around unjustifiable sanctions imposed by a foreign, imperalistic power.

Global Elite Declare War on Putin With Panama Scandal
Conspiracy theorists? Most of the time they're wrong, but at least some of the time they're right.

More likely this is a case of smoke and mirrors. Mixing truth with fiction is a time-tested propaganda technique.

They hoped you'd thoughtlessly fall for the "where there's smoke there's fire" mindset regarding the leaked "data" and not notice the distorting mirrors used by the press to recontextualize the questionably reliable "data".

Who Leaked the Panama Papers--with John McAfee
Were the Panama Papers designed as a smear campaign? Well, who had the most to gain from the "info" released?

Sheriff Bob Gualtieri's Response To Media On- April 22, 2016
Full disclosure and transparency on the part of the sheriff and the media still decides to present a false narrative. All they have to do is provide the facts and instead they decide to create a scandal by ignoring the most pertinent information and focusing on irrelevant information and misrepresenting what actually happened. As much as I sometimes criticize law enforcement, it seems to me that the media is one hundred times worse.

BallaratBob: And that's exactly the problem. The media sometimes does it's best to create scandals and controversey because it gets readers emotionally involved and that sells the news. All we really want is accurate and factual information, but we don't want to pay a lot for it and so what we get is misinformation designed to mislead in a number of different ways depending on the agenda being pursued at the time.

Wikileaks Julian Assange: Google Helping Hillary
Information control is more effective than any kind of contrived propaganda. Twitter, Facebook, Google and others are all quite good at algorithmically promoting material they approve of and demoting material they disapprove of. It's a simple process that's hard to catch because it is so subtle, but it has a huge influence on what people believe.
