Why was this lady shot? Who was the officer who shot her? It sounds like there was exactly one shot fired and exactly one person dead. This makes no sense! (Other reports are that three other people died, but these were from medical emergencies. Something like a heart attack or some other issue which might be triggered by a highly stressful situation would be my guess.)
