The problem with libtards is they are confused. They send aid to countries like Zimbabwe out of a misguided sense of compassion and they demonize countries like Russia out of a misguided sense of aggression. If they could just figure out who the good guys and the bad guys are, things would be a lot better, but like I said, they're confused.

It takes intelligence and hard work to run a successful agricultural enterprise. Turn those successful businesses over to people lacking intelligence and they fail to produce much of anything.

Chinese companies do a lot of business in Africa, particularly in the mining sector. Most African countries are not ready for a major viral outbreak.
