The district is run by a Stupid-intendent who hired two stupid women to run things in order to make the stupid school board happy. This video explains everything!

According to this the stupid-intendent is gone, but there are still two stupid women running things.

I was told that the current superintendent (Arellano) has a job with a school district in the Bakersfield area. There is speculation that someone with the last name Kennedy might take his place. There was some speculation that Sprouse-Fleishauer was going to get that job, but it sounds like that will not be the case according to what I was told. I was also told that Arellano warned the current local teachers' union president that the board was out to get him. The board has established a clear pattern of harassing union presidents and so we'll see if the new superintendent will facilitate or discourage such behavior.

Someone posted a nickname for Fleishauer. I think it was Fleshhuffer. That's kinda funny considering her alleged propensities. As for the other stupid woman, named Nicole Yeager, a friend said some kids were at her house talking about that lady. They joked about her being a "total ditz" and a "total klutz." They made fun of a few things she's done to make herself look stupid and ridiculous.

tronagirl: That's funny. A friend and me talked to a few kids at her house including her own kids and some neighbors. A couple of the kids were black and they said that if you say the first syllable of Nicole and the last syllable of Yeager that it comes out sounding like a certain word I won't write here, but you can probably figure it out. They said that Yeager is their fat bitch and that they can do anything and that she'll "kiss their black asses." The kids then listed off a few examples to back up this claim. It was pretty funny listening them make fun of the lady.

panamint_patty: It might have been funny listening to them tell their stories, but it isn't so funny when it's your child, grandchild, niece, or nephew getting punished over something minor while they get away with a much more serious infraction.

Arellano Given Over $80K After Quitting As Superintendent
He quit to take a job in a school district somewhere near Bakersfield. The school board decided to give him a seventeen percent retroactive raise. They didn't have to give him anything. So, why would they do something like this? One theory is that it is "hush money" to cover up for illegal activity the board instructed him to do on their behalf. Another is that he suggested that an investigation be conducted regarding an illegal sexual relationship engaged in by the current high school principal. There are a number of more specific explanations, but one thing is clear, there is no reason that the school board should have given him a single cent. In fact, they could have filed a lawsuit against him for breach of contract. Giving him anything makes no sense unless they have something to hide.

blackturtle.us: There's no doubt that the school board engaged in illegal activity. A couple of them should be locked up for a long time! And then there's Dr. Airhead (aka, Mumbles The Clown) who did anything and everything they told him to. Obviously they had to pay him off. He knows their secrets! What I heard was that the retroactive raise he was given was agreed to AFTER he decided to quit and that it covers several years. If there ever was a smoking gun, that's it. The guy still has to tell the truth if he winds up on the witness stand, but he'll be inclined to spin things as positively as possible in the school board's favor as long as he's not incriminated in the process.

The word is that several former teachers have filed harassment charges against administrators and school board members in Trona. I understand that the plan is to just pay them off since the cases are clear cut examples of harassment. It may well be that the intention was to encourage these teachers to leave and that the harassment was intentional and done with the idea that there could be financial repercussions. It's a classic example of throwing a bunch of money at a problem and hoping it goes away. The irony is that the admin and school board are the problem and the teachers who left were actually pretty darn good teachers. In return we got one of the worst teachers in Ridgecrest as the new high school principal and the worst flunky on the staff as elementary principal.

Female teachers found sexually assaulting young male students
The rumor is that the high school principal had an illegal affair with an underage student years ago and that the elementary principal can't keep her hands off certain children (especially a certain boy with blond hair). The tendency is to sweep such rumors under the carpet when it comes to school employees who are female. Isn't that what they call a double standard? How about equal justice for all?!!
