Are Oil Prices About to Drop to $20 a Barrel?
Really makes you wonder how prices got so high to begin with. Kind of seems like someone was artificially manipulating things behind the scenes to increase the price. Bubble bursts and down comes the cost of oil. It's amazing what corporations can get away with and how little governments do about it.

There was a headline somewhere that low gas prices are going to cause WWIII. I didn't read the article and so I don't know how low gas prices are going to initiate a sequence of events that lead to military action on a global scale, but such a drastic drop will certainly be disruptive and probably not in a good way, despite the short term joy that motorists will feel while filling up their gas tanks.

'Saudis playing dangerous game as oil prices plunge'
No one wants to cut production and thereby risk losing market share and so oil prices continue to drop.

How low can oil prices go? :wtf:
A drop is one thing, but this is ridiculous. After a certain point it gets to be a little scary.

Gas Prices Drop To Lowest Since May 2009 In Southern California
Winter blend needs to sell off by April and then it'll be summer blend which is normally at least twelve cents more.

Winter blend? Summer blend? It's gas, not coffee! It sounds more like an excuse to charge more for gas during the summer than anything real to me.

Winter and Summer Blend: I've heard of this before and I don't know the science behind it, but I know my car gets better gas mileage during the summer. That might be because it doesn't start so cold or it might be because the Summer Blend is more efficient for some reason. Don't know and don't care much, but it makes sense that it might be necessary to tweak fuel mixtures a bit to adjust for outside temperatures.
