California Gas Prices Expected To Reach $4 A Gallon
I gotta say that $4 isn't that big of a deal and so I'm not concerned, but I know some people who are already obsessing...

sandman: Four dollar gas doesn't really concern me much at all. Tax based on usage is the best way to fund road repairs and improvements. The more gas used, the more tax you pay. It's simple as that. Taxation based on usage encourages people to use efficient cars while allowing those who can afford it to drive gas guzzlers. It's freedom and democracy in action!

I don't mind paying inflated gas tax if it is not being wasted. If it goes to road repair and not pension plans. Pension plans should come out of the general fund. Rather than audit where the monies go and make sure there not being wasted Moonbeam just raises the tax.

Drivers Feeling Pain At The Pump As Gas Prices Reach 3-Year High
They're gonna tax us one way or the other and so a tax based on usage seems the fairest way to go. I hate the idea of toll roads (I think they should be abolished and completely illegal) and so those who drive the most miles in the least fuel-efficient cars should pay the most. The vehicle I drive is not at all fuel-efficient, but that's my choice and I'm willing to take responsibility that choice!

Yeah I think it's going to hit $5 a gallon soon. We've already seen drastically rising gas prices due to the sanctions Trump has put on Russia but now they are going to skyrocket as a result of him backing out of the Iran agreement and sanctioning them as well as any nation that buys their oil. Trump is making America great again for oil companies but not so much for anyone that drives a car.

First time I ever remember gas prices in Trona being cheaper than Ridgecrest. 2.95 last night and 2.97 in Ridgecrest. Life is good!

Also wonder if the crown prince being accused of murder in Saudi Arabia had anything to do with lower gas prices in general or just coincidence.

The local gas price war has been over for a good week or so now. Prices are back to normal. I was just starting to get in the habit of buying gas in Trona. Will be buying it in Ridgecrest again. Gas prices are still continuing to fall there.
