Kern County Cannabis: How a shop along Highway 395 is challenging the marijuana industry
Entrepreneurship at its best!
Take a trip down Highway 395 -- a highway thousands travel each day -- and you'll see "Free Weed" plastered across a building in Kern County's Johannesburg. Despite popular belief, the sign isn't a hoax or a trick -- but a creative business venture by two marijuana entrepreneurs.

Joburg seems like the perfect location for this kind of a shop. Fits in with the all hippie burnout types inhabiting the town. Inyokern would work too. Heck, someone should consider opening up a weed shop in Trona for that matter!

dilbert: A weed shop in Trona is a great idea. With all the cheap houses in town it would be easy to slap some solar panels on the roof and grow all sorts of weed inside. It's the perfect way to turn a small investment into some big bucks!

mrgreen: That's the entrepreneurial spirt for you at its best! I hope the guy is able to open up his cannabis college and that he turns out all sorts of other people capable of growing weed and running community friendly business enterprises!
