The Sinclair videos are very interesting. He sounds pretty confident about the future, but then again maybe he just wants to sell his new book. Then again AGAIN, money generated by the new book could generate funds for further reserach. He is a Harvard professor and so he's probably not just blowing smoke up our asses, so to speak.

Dr. David Sinclair on Informational Theory of Aging, Nicotinamide Mononucleotide, Resveratrol & More
This is a really good interview. When publications are mentioned the papers appear at the bottom or side of the screen. Sinclair provides strong evidence that we can slow down the epigenetic clock and says that it appears that he and colleagues have figured out how to reset methyl groups. If they develop reliable means of doing this then the epigenetic clock can be reversed and you know what that means!

SINCLAIR: I like the guy's integrity. He doesn't recommend any specific products, but he does share on a generic level what substances he uses. He dodges questions about specific products consistently. It also sounds like a lot of good stuff is not available yet without perscription.
