Lots of thumbs down votes on that TYT video and quite a few negative comments. I noticed the hashtag DoubleStandards left by a viewer who made a particularly astute comment regarding the video. Law enforcement should just leave this sort of thing alone and civil courts should refuse to even hear cases like this one. It's between the two people involved and that's as far as it should go from a legal perspective.

A lot of time is wasted dealing with disputes between couples that have broken up. This whole revenge porn thing is way over-blown and exaggerated. The law should stay out of it and the so-called victims should just get over it. It may be immature to post pics or vids of your ex, but it's just as immature to get all broken-hearted over it!

This Guy Named Phuc Dat Bich is Pissed :wtf:
Sometimes it's users who are responsible for social media blunders, but more often than not it's the social media sites themselves that make the biggest blunders!

Yes, You Can Violate A Restraining Order On Facebook
This seems like it should be pretty obvious, but a lot of stupid people spend a lot of time on Facebook!

Facebook Bans the Word HONK, We Are Living in Clown World!
This degenerates into a rant against conventional medicine, but it starts out as a rant against unnecessary censorship. Didn't Jimmy Kimmell have some kind of comedy skit based on the idea of unnecessarily bleeping out words which weren't really inappropriate words? After the medical rant he does get back on track and makes some good points.
