Not once in this discussion was genetics mentioned. The sooner the focus is placed squarely on the XX or XY chromosomal pair, the more clarity there will be on this subject. I know that there are rare genetic anomalies where something other than XX or XY occurs, but those account for less than one-tenth of a percent of the population. The user known as cloud made this same point in the previous post:
