10 Inappropriate Scenes in Disney Films
Most of these are pretty innocuous and maybe subtle, for the most part, but undeniable.

THE SANDLOT Clip - "Pool" (1993)
It's not a cartoon, but it is definitely a children's movie. The kid gets called a "little pervert" after tricking a female lifeguard into giving him mouth-to-mouth. By today's standards this might be seen as "rapey" as they say. Beyond that the boys in the scene appear to be about ten-years-old and I don't think excessive interest in the opposite sex usually hits until they are more like thirteen or so. By that time they aren't cute enough to be a movie scene like this one, however, and so this is a good example of a distortion of reality created by Hollywood for the sake of entertaining audiences.

Who Framed Roger Rabbit - Trailer (HD) (1988)
This movie was enormously popular for several years after its release. Kids everywhere quoted from it and discussed scenes from the movie. The line "Is that a rabbit in your pocket or are you just happy to see me?" was probably the most popular line from the movie. Usually it was changed to "Is that a banana in your pocket or are you just happy to see me?" Obviously that's undeniably sexual in nature, but it's also extremely funny and most people appreciated the humor. In fact, I don't recall ever hearing anyone criticize the movie.

The Roger Rabbit movie occupies spot #43 on the Top 100 Kids and Family Movies list on Rotten Tomatoes:
https://www.rottentomatoes.com/top/bestofrt/top_100_kids__family_movies/
Also on the list is a movie called "That Thing You Do!" which includes a toilet paper reference to masturbation and a scene where a guy has a painful accident involving his crotch. I'm not saying that these scenes are inappropriate for kids, but there are probably people who would consider these scenes harmful to children.

Big (1988) Trailer #1 | Movieclips Classic Trailers
This one is also on the list and when it comes to sexual innuendos this movie pushes the limits when it comes to movies meant for kids. Check the Rotten Tomatoes list. It comes in at NUMBER 37!

Peter Parker Gets His Powers - "Big Change" - Transformation Scene - Spider-Man (2002) Movie CLIP HD
Spiderman is also highly rated and there are some highly suggestive elements to this scene! Notice that he looks down towards his crotch when he says, "Big change!" Also right after that he looks out his window towards the window of the "girl next door" and that seems to also be sexually suggestive and maybe a bit creepy in the voyeuristic sense. Although I don't see any issues with these scenes, people looking for things to complain about could easily cherry pick these scenes as reasons to consider the movie inappropriate for children.

Kids React To Adult Jokes In Kids' Shows (SpongeBob, Animaniacs, Steven Universe & More!)
Most of these would slip right by most kids. It's only because they are being presented in isolation that kids are able to react and mostly the kids seem to not get the jokes.

Inappropriate Kids Books That Actually Exist
Some of these are funny and some of these are parodies of books for kids and some of them are probably just the result of a poor choice of words.

10 Banned Episodes Of Popular Kids Shows
What is harmless fun from the point of view of some, might be considered harmful to children by others. There is no clear line and it's always best to resist the urge to ban things unless there is a real issue that all can agree on.
