Cactus Fruit Taste Test
It's called a cactus pear, but is it any good? Kind of like kiwi, but with really big seeds.

Desert Vegetation & Wildlife in Phoenix, AZ
This video features cactus from the Sonoran Desert as opposed to the Mojave Desert. Some plants and animals are found in both, but many not.
