People who were in bed just rolled over and went back to sleep and were relieved that the power didn't go out!

Recent earthquakes that rocked California dramatically scarred the Earth
Interesting imagery provides a little insight into how the earthquakes altered the terrain in general. Apparently the quakes produced a 4.8 inch displacement in some areas.
A series of powerful earthquakes and aftershocks left much of Southern California trembling over the long holiday weekend. The most powerful of the quakes, a magnitude 7.1, struck on July 5th, and it shared its epicenter with a slightly less intense magnitude 6.4 quake from the day prior.

Has anybody noticed that the jaws of one of the fishes in fish rocks don't line up anymore since the earthquake?

Is There A Super Volcano Forming Under Ridgecrest
I turned this video on double speed and the guy still talked slow. Horrible presentation, but interesting theory.

USGS Data Analyst Reveals A “New Supervolcano” Is Forming Under Naval Air Weapons Station China Lake In California
Is this for real or just a bunch of nutjobs talking out of their asses in hopes of getting website traffic?
Unfortunately, we found there is a huge chamber of magma far, far larger than even Yellowstone. We have now confirmed it’s a new supervolcano forming. The magma chamber is very active but it is not yet rising to the surface. We fear that another major quake may cause a large fracture enabling the magma to shoot to the surface. FEMA, the National Guard and other agencies have been alerted and are on standby to evacuate key VIPs.

Coso Volcanic Field
Trona is located east and slightly south of this geological hotspot. Coso Hot Springs at one time was a resort before the military closed it down. Native Americans mined the area for obsidian to make arrowheads. There's even an active geothermal plant. So, none of this is anything we didn't already know about. The two large earthquakes just kind of reminded us of how active the area actually is.
Earthquake swarms are common in the Coso area, often producing hundreds of tremors over periods as short as a few days. This brisk and robust seismic activity is common in volcanic areas, such as Long Valley Caldera near Mammoth Lakes, and Yellowstone Caldera at Yellowstone. The Coso Volcanic Field shows examples of volcanic activity, probably last active 30,000 to 40,000 years ago, but ash emission and small cone building episodes may be Holocene (>10,000 years) in age.

This California Supervolcano Has Geologists Wondering: Is It Waking Up?
This is about the caldera up by Mammoth. It will be interesting to find out more about the caldera beneath China Lake.

RED ALERT!!NEW SUPER VOLCANO FORMING AT CHINA LAKE FAULT LINES
Quite a few assertions and only rumor as evidence. Although anything is possible, it's also true that the chances of a volcanic eruption are mighty slim. A more likely scenario is that there will be more geothermal activity in an area that already has geothermal power plants. It's also important to consider the source. This video was posted on a YouTube channel called AMERICAN UNDERGROUND ARMY. It has 2600 subscribers and most of the videos on the channel are sensational or conspiratorial in nature.

That first video is believable but the second one is not. The guy making the video said some girl said that someone else said...
