There are DOZENS of these fake product reviews on YouTube. Many of them follow the exact same script, but are read by different people. All of them use the same strategy. They tell you that Biofit works, but provide very little support for this assertion. INSTEAD they focus on the official website and they all include links to the official website. They pretend to be warning you about a scam and the scam is not a matter of whether or not the product works, but it is that since it works so well, there are imposter products and that it is important to go to the official website. Very shady technique, but many of these videos have a few thousand views and there are even a couple up around 20 thousand views. My guess is that the company is offering financial incentives for people to endorse their product and that embedded in the link to the official site is an identification code which credits the different people making these videos.
There are two things going on here:
1) There is a sub-culture on YouTube of channels which get paid to plug products of questionable value.
2) There is a network of scammers who use social media to promote questionable products. They recruit users on various platforms to promote these products.
Only a few people get rich, but lots of people make a little extra cash. The network helps the social media influencers to gain popularity and the result is that products sell and those plugging the products make a little money. An extremely active social media influencer could conceivably make lots of money, but most probably only make a few hundred dollars per year.
